How do I register for The Great Night Giveaway?

We’re sorry, the registration and qualifying stay period for the 2015 Great Night Giveaway have now ended and you can no longer register or make qualifying stays for this year’s promotion.

What kind of stays count towards my free night?

Each of your three qualifying stays need to be booked when you’re logged in to your My Premier Inn profile, or by quoting your My Premier Inn ID if you’re booking by phone.

A qualifying stay can be made any night of the week providing it’s:

  • In a UK Premier Inn hotel
  • At a qualifying room rate
  • Between the 21st September 2015 – 31st January 2016
  • Qualifying rates are Flex, Packages, Fixed Corporate, Saver and Offer rates above £39. All other rates are excluded from this promotion.

I just booked a stay, how do I know that it counts towards my free night?

You’ll receive an email confirming your qualifying stay a few days after checkout.

If you don’t receive the email, check your junk mail. If it’s not there, check you’ve entered the right email address on your my Premier Inn profile.

I stayed at a Premier Inn Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday last week how come I haven’t received my free night yet?

Sorry, but consecutive nights at the same hotel qualify as a single stay, regardless of the number of nights stayed.

Can I redeem my free stay at any Premier Inn?

Free stays can be redeemed in over 700 UK Premier Inn sites, excluding Preston West, Wakefield Central, Warrington Centre, Wigan West (M6, Jct 26) and Wirral (Bromborough) and any hub by Premier Inn hotels.

I have been booking lots of rooms for colleagues when do I earn a free night?

Booking for other people doesn’t count towards the free night. The My Premier Inn profile used to book the room must match the guest details staying at the hotel.

I forgot to book my stay via My Premier Inn, what now?

Bookings made without being logged in to your My Premier Inn profile won’t count towards your free night.

But if you booked a Flexible Rate, and realise before 1pm on the day of check-in, you can book an additional stay via your My Premier Inn profile (to ensure you have a room for the night), and then cancel your original booking free of charge.

If you realise after 1pm, or have booked a Premier Saver Rate, you won’t be able to cancel your room, and unfortunately your stay won’t count towards your free night.

How do I redeem my free night?

You need to book your free stay within 28 days of when you earned the free night. All free nights can be redeemed on any Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday for stays up to, and including, Sunday 28th February 2016 (excluding Thursday 31st December 2015).

Free nights need to be booked at least seven days in advance, and must be booked through the Great Night Giveaway helpdesk – 0333 003 8103 (9am – 8pm Monday to Friday).

Free nights are subject to availability, and may be unavailable during high demand periods.

If I'm staying for the weekend and I'm redeeming one free night, which night will be free?

On consecutive night stays, the free night will be applied to the first redeemable night. So if you’re staying Friday to Sunday, the free night will be Friday.
