London Stratford hotel

Very disappointed. We were kept awake until 1am by some very badly behave school/club group. They where not supervised by and adult what we did raise with the bar staff ( these where the only staff onsite) that this is a safe guarding issue for the children. no one answered the phone on reception when we where ringing down to complain about the constant noise from this group of children, the bar staff said the would come up and ask them to be quite , but they never did. We complained to a member of staff when we checked out who was going to deal with our complaint and haven’t heard anything. Both members of staff were already aware of the problem with this group of children as they had said they had problems from this group the night before.

We’d like to say a big thankyou to the staff at the Premier Inn Westfield, Stratford for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. And a special shout out to Viktor who made a huge fuss of my brother who has Downs Syndrome - he was thouroughly spoilt on his birthday.. The hotel is ideally situated for the DLR and trains, great for shopping literally next door at Westfield Shopping Centre and perfect for the ABBA Arena to see ABBA Voyage which was the main reason for our stay. Would happily go back and recommend to others. Very child friendly.

Bog standard hotel - no reception discernible so had to wrestle automatic check in. The most important thing to know is how to find it so you don’t spend 20 mins wandering the hell that is Stratford trying to find it like I did. It is right opposite the exit to Stratford international train station

The hotel is so easy to access the Westfield shopping mall which is so big and very good choice of shops and food Easy to either get the train at the nearby station, which is opposite the front door of the hotel, or the tube at the underground station which is about 10 minutes away. The Olympic Stadium (West ham’s ground) is only 10 minutes walk at the most away The staff at the hotel are friendly, the breakfast was good, the room and bathroom was very clean. The bed is so comfortable

Just got back from staying at the this premier inn for the ABBA voyage 4th Anniversary concert I must say it’s the first time I’ve stopt in a premier inn and it want be the last! For a budget hotel it’s second to non in my opinion we was warmly welcomed by Monica who was so warm and friendly ( could chat to her all day ) what a credit she is to this hotel.The room was basic but clean and had all we required for a one night stay.We stopt in a family room my friend and I on the 8th floor the beds was very comfortable and had a great view .The breakfast I thought was splendid all you need was there and very enjoyable and the location is superb across the road from Stratford station and next door to the Westfield shopping centre.I visit this location once sometimes twice a year and Normaly stop across the way but I will save my money from now on and stay here I have no complaints once again a shout out to Monica she is doing a excellent job I hope she is still here when I visit again.MRS DONNA KORKUT.
