Premier Inn Mobile App support

Logging in and booking detail storage

It is currently not possible to login to the Premier Inn mobile app. Logging in and 'My Premier Inn' function like recording bookings is an improvement we will be looking at for future releases,

If you made a booking on the app - the reference number will be sent by text to the mobile phone number you used at the time of booking. The sender should show as ‘Premier Inn’

Search problems

iPhone search sticking / hang is a bug that is due for fix in the next release in July.

To reduce the search hang, avoid excessive use of the back button and search. Best availability search will be to search a location name (eg Manchester), and then choose the top location (Manchester) to find a range of hotels close by, rather than choosing an individual hotel from the first list.

UK postcode

We have been made aware of the difficulties that guests with a non-UK postcode have when making a booking and have logged this as an issue that we will look to fix as soon as possible in an upcoming release. In the mean time, in order to use the app you must have a UK contact address. There is no problem booking with an international address via the normal website.

Premier Offers

Some hotels with Premier Offer rates (rates from £29) must be booked directly through the regular website as they require payment at time of booking which is not possible on the app at the moment. If this is the case you’ll see the following message in your search results:

“A Premier Saver room may be available at this hotel. Please visit premierinn.com”

Using the main website and booking as far in advance as possible is the best way to find offers. We are unable to display a calendar of prices in the app at this stage but you can view prices like this on the regular website by selecting ‘I’m Flexible’ when entering your dates.

If you are signed up for the Premier Inn Newsletter you will also be the first to hear about when rooms are released at these prices.
