You can now enjoy the benefits of using your My Premier Inn account on the mobile app while making a booking.
If you made a booking on the app - the reference number will be sent by text to the mobile phone number you used at the time of booking. The sender should show as ‘Premier Inn’
If you are having problems with the hotel search results page crashing, please ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the mobile app (version 2.3). This release has resolved the previous hotel search bug.
You can now view, book and pay for Premier Saver rates on version 2.3 of the Premier Inn mobile app.
