How far in advance can I book?

You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance.

What if there are no rooms available at my chosen Premier Inn?

We’ll offer you alternative Premier Inns with availability nearby, click on any of the hotels listed for more information or to make a booking.

Help! I haven’t got a booking reference number

You may not have a booking reference number due to:

a) a technical problem which meant you weren’t issued one when you made your booking
b) you have forgotten or mislaid it.

Whatever the reason, please call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235* for assistance. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays.

What is the booking reference number for?

When you make a booking you’ll receive a booking reference number as confirmation of your booking. It’s important to make a note of this number as you’ll need it to retrieve your booking information from My bookings should you wish to cancel your booking.

Do I have to give you my payment card details to confirm my booking?

Yes, we need your card details to guarantee your booking. No payment will be taken at this time, you pay for your stay when your check-in.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so before 1pm on the day you are due to arrive. If you make your cancellation after 1pm on your arrival day, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.

If you've booked a Premier Saver the cancellation policy may be different. For full details, please check the terms and conditions of the Premier Saver you booked.

Can I make a group booking?

You can book up to four rooms at a time using this app. If you’d like to book more than four rooms please visit the: Group Bookings Page, or call 0871 527 9235* to speak to an advisor. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.

How many people do family rooms accommodate?

Most Premier Inns have family rooms that can accommodate a family of up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under), in a spacious, family sized room. Premier Inn can provide cots at no extra charge.

Why can't I book a room for three adults or more?

Premier Inn doesn’t allow more than two adults to stay in a room. You’ll need to book two rooms or more if you have three or more adults in your party.

At Premier Inn guests aged 16 years and above are classed as adults.

How do I book a stay for more than nine nights?

Bookings for more than nine nights cannot be made online. Please call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235* to make your booking if you’d like a room for more than nine nights. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays. *Calls cost 10p per minute + network extras

Is my booking guaranteed?

The Credit, Debit or Business Account card details you provide at time of booking guarantees your booking. You can view your booking once it has been made from My bookings on this app.

The Premier Inn I want to book has no availability, can I join a waiting list?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any form of waiting list. This is because we work on a live system where guests can book rooms online, through Central Reservations and through the hotel direct. If there’s no availability at the Premier Inn you’re looking for, we’ll show you alternative hotels with availability nearby.

I want to make a booking for one night but your system only has availability if I select to stay longer, why is that?

The reason you are unable to book for the date(s) required is due to limited availability. A small number of rooms are held for those guests who wish to stay for a longer duration and at present these are the only rooms available. If there’s no availability at the Premier Inn you’re looking for, we’ll show you alternative hotels with availability nearby.

What is Premier Inn's cancellation policy?

If you’ve booked a Premier Flexible rate you’ve got until 1pm on the day you are due to arrive to cancel or change your booking. If you make your cancellation after 1pm on arrival day, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.

When you cancel your booking, we will give you a cancellation reference number. Please make a note of this number for proof of your cancellation.

If you have booked a room for more than one night and need to cancel your final night's booking, please do so by 12 noon on the day you want to depart.

If you've booked a Premier Saver rate, this is a non refundable rate and no amendments or cancellations can be made to the booking. For full details, please check the terms and conditions of the Premier Saver rate you booked.

Are the rates shown on this app per person or per room?

Our rates are per room, per night. They include VAT. Meals are not included in the room price.

How do I get the best price when booking?

We want you to get the best value for money when you stay with us, so here are a few tips. First, book online or using this app if you can. You’ll always get our best prices when you book this way rather than by phone. Look out for our Premier Saver rate – with rooms from just £29.

Are my payment card details safe?

Yes. This is a secure app, so all the details you enter as part of your booking are stored safely.

Will you charge my payment card in order to guarantee my booking?

We ask for your payment card details so that we can guarantee your booking. Payment is taken on arrival for bookings made with this app. Please note that some bookings made on our website require payment at time of booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, please do so before 1pm on the day you're due to arrive. Cancellations made after 1pm will result in the full amount per room for the first night only being charged to your card.

How do I change my booking?

If your travel plans have changed and you need to amend your booking, please call the Customer Contact Centre (0871 527 9235*) quoting your booking reference number. One of our advisors will be happy to help you.

Why has my credit/debit card been rejected?

This is normally due to a mistyped number, missed digits or the incorrect card type being selected. If this is not the case please contact the Premier Inn direct or call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235*. What is your Premier Saver rate?

We want to make sure you get the best price as well as a great night’s sleep every time you stay with us. That’s why our Premier Saver rate starts from just £29 a night. To take advantage of it you’ll need to book online at PremierInn.com, one day or more before your stay. Our Premier Saver rate is also available at selected airport and motorway hotels stay just one night, any day of the week. Once you’ve booked, no cancellations, amendments or refunds can be made.

If a Premier Saver is available, you’ll see the following message in your search results:

“A Premier Saver room may be available at this hotel. Please visit premierinn.com”.

Look out for our Premier Saver rate which starts from just £29 a night. These are only available when you book online at PremierInn.com. If a Premier Saver is available, you’ll see the following message in your search results:

“A Premier Saver room may be available at this hotel. Please visit premierinn.com”.

Why can't I book Premier Saver rates at all hotels?
