Frequently asked questions

How do I use this app?

This app has been built to make booking and managing your stay at a Premier Inn hotel as easy as possible from your phone.

Select Make a booking and you can either search for a hotel nearby, search by town, postcode or hotel name, or use our advanced search to find a hotel based on arrival date, nights, and room requirements.

Select My bookings and you’ll be able to retrieve information about and manage existing bookings.

To give us feedback about this app, so we can improve it for you, select Contact us.

Why can’t I make a booking?

There may be a number of reasons why you may not be able to make a booking. Firstly, check you have a stable internet connection. You won’t be able to make a booking if your phone isn’t connected to the internet. Secondly, it may be that we’re experiencing a high volume of mobile bookings. If that’s the case you may be asked to wait 30 minutes and then try again.

Finally, if you’re trying to book a specific Premier Inn but it’s not showing in your search results, it’s likely that this hotel is not available for the dates you’ve selected. Don’t worry though, we’ll always offer you alternative Premier Inns with availability nearby.

I can’t find a booking in My bookings, why?

To retrieve information about a booking you’ve already made, go to My bookings and enter the following information: the booking reference number you received when you made your booking, the last name of the guest and the arrival date.

If you’re still having trouble finding your booking call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235*. Central Reservations are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays.

Alternatively you can contact the hotel. You’ll find contact information for each hotel on the hotel details page when you search for a Premier Inn using this app.

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

When you make your booking you will be given a booking reference number. Make sure you make a note of this number as you’ll need it if you want to check your booking details or cancel your booking.

How do I get in touch with Premier Inn?

If you’ve got a query or you’d like to speak to someone directly, you can call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235*. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays. Alternatively you can contact the hotel. You’ll find contact information for each hotel on the hotel details page when you search for a Premier Inn using this app.

Can I make a Business Account booking using this app?

Yes you can make a Business Account booking just like you would a normal booking on this app. However, at the moment this app doesn’t support pre-authorising spend on food, drinks and so on. To make a Business Account booking with pre-authorised spend please visit our dedicated Premier Inn Business Account page.

We recommend you view the Premier Inn website from a PC, Mac or laptop for the best experience.

How do I amend my booking?

If you’d like to amend your booking please contact the hotel directly or call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235* for assistance. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays. You’ll find contact information for each Premier Inn on the hotel details page when you search for a hotel using this app.

To cancel a booking go to ‘My bookings’ on this app and enter your booking details, you’ll then be able to view all the information about this booking and cancel it.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel a booking go to My bookings on this app and enter your booking details. You’ll then be able to view all the information about this booking and cancel it.

You need to know the booking reference number and the bookers' surname.

Once you have cancelled your booking we will send you a cancellation confirmation email.

Important: If you have booked a Premier Saver rate, this is a non refundable rate and no amendments or cancellations can be made to the booking. For full details, please check the terms and conditions of the Premier Saver rate you booked.

I can’t cancel my booking, why?

If you can’t cancel your booking using this app please contact the Premier Inn direct or call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9235*, quoting your booking reference number. Lines are open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays.

Please ensure you have the latest version of this app for the most up to date information on hotels and pricing. We recommend you check the app store for your phone regularly, to see whether any new updates are available to download. Older versions of the app may still work but downloading the latest software will ensure that you have the best possible experience.
