Warwick hotel

Have stayed before but need to comment on the most recent experience. Booked specifically for the aircon during a heatwave and it was excellent in that regard. Room was not attended to on first day. Guess what, if you miss the small poster in reception telling you it needs specifically requested and you are not a PI regular then you miss it. PI - see if you are going to save money by having kiosk check in then it is very very poor not to have room cleaning as an option request during that process instead of trying to upsell stuff - hugely disappointing. Next day I buzz reception to request my room cleaned. Lad comes from breakfast area and takes note to get done. Arrive back at night and not done again. Wife goes down to at least get clean towels and manager says we'll get a refund on breakfast - how about just do your jobs? Saw same lad at breakfast and he claims he passed message to manager but just shrugs his shoulders! From checkin on Thu pm to departure Sun am there was rubbish and food detritus around the lift entrance on our floor. Same rubbish every day. Lift buttons were disgusting. Breakfast room chairs stained beyond belief. This place needs a refresh of decor and a severe increase in cleaning standards - not vacuuming floors for 3 days is appalling IMHO.

Great hotel in very convenient location. Extremely clean and well sign posted for car parking and the easy self check in was so easy and quick. Couldn't fault the room which was spotless - room 222. Kudos to the cleaners. We called the restaurant to see if we could book a table for dinner - and although very busy, the Manager was able to accommodate us with no fuss. The food was awesome - even though they had run out of king prawns for the linguine, the teriyaki salmon was just as nice. The aircon was a blessing during the 2nd heatwave in July, and the mattress was just so comfy. Combined with a fab check out time of midday - we completely caught up with our sleep and left the hotel feeling refreshed. Thanks Premier Inn for another great stay. See you again soon 😀

Warwick. This is the second time of staying here . The standards were so much better on the previous visit. It wasn't as clean. Only one towel per couple. The keys to the room didnt work so we had to go back down to reception where there was a long queue. The evening meal took so long that everyone was offered a free drink. The food wasn't great and some meals and starters weren't available. My hisband orered a gammon but it was so highly processed looking, it almost looked plastic! The taste wasnt very good and my husband felt sick afterwards when he went to bed and in the morning, so he couldnt eat breakfast which was already paid for. Athough the staff serving us were helpful you could sense that they were all very stressed and so orders were delayed and service very slow.The air con in the bedroom was so noisy all night as was the constant noise above our bedroom, so neither myself or my husband could sleep. Breakfast wasn't good. Very basic quality of ingredients and very greasy. I wanted some berries with some yoghurt but all the berries had gone, so I had a cooked breakfast. I didnt enjoy it and it was so greasy. The eggs were hard and cery greasy. None of the irems were hot, only a little warm. The croissants were all stuck together so they were difficult to prize apart without physically handling them to pull them apart. The tables were sticky and although they were being sprayed and wiped. It was done so quickly and not properly, so the tables remained sticky with stains.

Friendly check in staff, got parked OK and bed comfortable. Cleanliness of the first floor, our bedroom and bathroom was poor. Previous guests hair, body hair and grime left in the shower.

We visited this evening and the restaurant was very busy, but despite this Emma, Rhina and Favor were very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely food amd an enjoyable evening.
