"Fantastic staff"
I had an amazing stay at Premier Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what really made my visit special was the outstanding staff.
A huge thank you to Lilia, Dawn, and Palitsa for their exceptional customer service. They were all friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.
It's rare to come across such dedicated and caring staff, and they are a real credit to Premier Inn. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay.

**Appalling - the whole experience with this company.
Travelled down there with work, both work vans were broken into and all the equipment was stolen. Hotel staff couldnt care less.
Parking - Horizon are just ripoffs on 2 occasions was in the car park for 15/20 mins to pick up something from the room, was billed £60.00 each time.
Went through customer services (because i didnt want to make any error)when i needed to cancel one peronsns stay and book another (before Checkin ) , they messed it up so have not received any refund for the 3 days i cancelled. Called guest relations twice to sort it out - wished i hadnt bothered... I have emailed in explaining about the refund . have been ignored. We will never use Premier Inn again.****

Premier Inn Hotel Thurrock West is handy for some of the UK's biggest shopping centres, not to mention central London. The M25 is only a couple of miles away, making it easy to get to everything from tourist attractions to business meetings.
Take the little ones into London to some must-see venues like Madame Tussauds or the London Eye. Or get some serious shopping done, either in the West End or at Lakeside, Bluewater or Grays Town Centre. Arena Essex is a great day out for petrol heads. Whatever you do, you'll come back to tasty food at our restaurant and a comfy bed in your room.
