Silverstone hotel

Just wanted to give Soxy a big thank you for her hospitality. She was kind and welcoming from the first second and always going over and beyond to try and help us.

We recently stayed at the Silverstone premier inn whilst visiting friends in the area, all hotel staff we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. We stayed during the heatwave and the rooms were understandably hot but they'd taken steps to make it more comfortable, closed the curtains to stop the sun beaming in, additional fans, sheets for the beds in case we didn't want to use the duvet. All three team members we met (Friday early evening, Saturday later evening before shift change and Sunday morning) we're all friendly and helpful, I genuinely felt bad for them with the grief they were recieving, People are definitely more grumpy in the heat!! The team were trying their best in a tricky situation. The room itself needed a bit of extra love I'd say, needed a good spring clean, it wasn't as clean and others we've stayed in.

I had accidentally double booked a hotel room but luckily there was a wonderful lady called soxy to help out. So grateful she was there sort to the issue, very kind and understanding!

Got here late and without a reservation and needed a family room. Gemma was working reception and firstly made us very welcome, then managed to arrange a room for us by adding a bed into a large double room. She even went and made the bed herself! She went above and beyond to help us, made sure we had everything we needed and took away all the stress of not booking. She is a credit to your brand, an absolute star. The hotel itself was comfortable, great beds, great breakfast, reasonably priced and very quiet. Loved this place, but especially the wonderful staff and particularly Gemma.

Domi the check in clerk was very kind and professional and when deal with over 20 rooms and staff was absolutely fantastic in helping us get to our rooms quickly and manage any problems that arose. Well done and thanks.
