Silverstone hotel

Booked a stay at Premier Inn last minute for my 40th birthday after our original plans changed unexpectedly. My husband and I had travelled miles to go skydiving, but unfortunately the jump was cancelled due to bad weather. As we were re-booked for the following day, we needed somewhere close to the airfield and Premier Inn was the perfect choice. When we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionists, Soxy and Gemma, who were both so friendly, bubbly, and welcoming. We ended up chatting about why we’d booked so last minute, and as such a lovely gesture they even gave me a complimentary bottle of Bucks Fizz for my birthday. They really made a disappointing day so much better. The room was clean, comfortable, and we had no problems at all during our stay. There’s also a pub/restaurant called The Green Man literally a short walk away, which was really convenient. The hotel serves breakfast only, but it was delicious with plenty of choice, including a full English buffet. Another great touch was that reception had lots of takeaway menus available behind the desk. We ordered a pizza and even got 20% off. Overall, we had a really lovely stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel. As promised to Soxy and Gemma, I’ll also be uploading a few photos from my skydiving experience!

I turned up in some distress with a miserable baby and the staff were so kind. Shout out to Joy and Soxy! A comfortable bed and clean room meant a good nights sleep. Helpful staff at breakfast, always appreciated when you are one handed with a baby!

Excellent value for money. Quality breakfast. Attentive staff. Although pre-booked easy-access r wet-room was unavailable, Roxy and Gemma sorted things out....compensated by complementary breakfast

We have stayed at this hotel for approximately 10 years, between 9-10 weekends during the motorsport season. When we checked in today 8th May Soxy the receptionist went into all my future bookings for this year and allocated us one of our favourite rooms 😀 Never before have I had such attentive staff at check in. You need more Soxy's in your team. Breakfast is always great, the chef see's us walk in at 7am and straight away puts vegetarian sausages in the oven for my partner. Definitely the best premier inn we stay in. Al and Ang at the green man pub are also amazing with us every evening we eat at our usual table. Keep it up 😀😀

Superb, just as expected after several visits here. Welcomed by kasia who was helpful, polite and clearly loves her job. Room was immaculate as usual and breakfast never disappointing. I will.stay again.
