"Perfect"
Amazing over night stay work a night out with my best friend who I haven’t seen for a little while went out out came back to sleep off the alcohol high recommend
"A very pleasant one-night stay"
We opt for Premier Inns sometimes because the quality of the stay can generally be guaranteed. This stay was no exception. The hotel is easy to find and has on-site parking while it is close to shops and the banks of the River Severn as it flows through Shrewsbury. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet- as expected. We opted for the meal deal which was a good move. The food, drink and service at both dinner and breakfast was very good indeed. I particularly liked the mixed grill option. The only downside to our stay was that check in is automated and the machines were not working properly- such that this took a lot longer than it should have done. Overall a good place to stay in Shrewsbury, which is close to all local amenities.
"A noisy room..."
Everything was good. But I couldn't sleep at all because of the noisy ventilation and air-conditioning which was common among all rooms. A good rest is the most important thing accommodation and that's why i rated it 2-star this time.
"Adequate!"
Stayed here as was attending an event in the town. Used self service check in, room was clean and adequate for our stay. Breakfast was busy, but must have been the smallest buffet area ever…smallest toaster I had ever seen.
"Nothing special but a comfy bed"
Unfortunately there is a lot of building work being done right beside the hotel which is dusty and makes access tricky. The frontage is very dirty but this is not only due to the works, the weeds are taking over and they appear to have given up litter picking at the front steps. The building works start and stop at reasonable times and don't impact on sleep at all. The restaurant was deserted despite the receptionist telling us that the hotel was pretty much full. The room was standard as there were no premier rooms available, they were obviously given to the herd of elephants in the room above! The bed was very comfortable.
