Reading Central hotel

Don't know what they have done to the beds at premier inn I've normally found the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable, The bed in this place are so comfy I didn't actually want to leave, I was trying to figure out a way of getting the mattress out the second floor window 🪟 The lay out in the room was lovely the house maids do a fantastic job. The south African lady at the check inn was Friendly and helpful, all the staff are friendly and helpful and like to have a laugh and joke, It's like I stepped into a different world, 100% the best stay I've had at any premier inn

Arrived at 5:30pm to a full car park. No spaces. Eventually someone left the car park and I got a space. Room was ok but the bathroom was tired and scruffy. Asked for ID at reception for some reason. Good job I had some with me! Man in reception was abrupt when I checked in. The rest of the staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast! Disappointing. No beans. Don’t ask for poached eggs as the chef can’t cook them properly. Probably won’t stay here again.

Dominika is my favourite staff member ever! Got me the best possible deal on my wine and was superrrr friendly! Basically saved my life, I was so close to death by not enough wine, she saved my life! I love Dominika❤️

Dominika saved my life, there was oncoming traffic and she ran out without hesitation and stopped the car from colliding with me. Not just that, she also part-poured a Guinness for me for when I came back into the hotel, knowing the trauma I had just been through. I CANNOT recommend her enough, incredible service, thanks girl!
