"Awful"
Our group recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The biggest issue was the restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food, and despite complaining four separate times, we received very little communication or apology about the delay. The lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, when we raised our concerns, the response focused on supposed noise complaints from our room rather than addressing the issue we were actually complaining about. We know at least one of these complaints couldn’t have been us because another complaint was made while our entire group was at dinner and our room was empty. It felt as though the hotel was trying to deflect from the poor service instead of resolving our concerns.
Overall, the experience left a very negative impression. We expected much better customer service and a more professional approach to handling guest complaints. Sadly, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

"Do not stay here"
I just want to say that this Premier Inn is absolutely disgusting for the way they treat disabled guests. If you have any type of diversity, DO NOT stay at this hotel. I was simply visiting my friend for her birthday and I have cerebral palsy, I got the police called on me for no reason claiming that I was on drugs. The way the hotel handled my stay was appalling, do not stay at this hotel.

Premier south ladies were very welcoming and professional went over and above to make us feel comfortable would definitely be recommending

"Good Stay"
Had a nice stay here, good breakfast and about 10 minute walk from the train station

"Good parts and bad"
Upon arrival we were greeted by two lovely hard working girls, they worked the reception, bar and meal service. They were working on Wednesday 27th May together and on Friday 29th May. They are an absolute asset to this premier inn.
The room was a premium room and was comfortable and quiet but the carpet had numerous stains on it. There are two types of coffee pods to choose from but nothing to tell which is which.
The public area's are shabby and dirty including the lifts. the public toilet are a total disgrace and need a complete reverb, they were also dirty.
The breakfast staff could be friendlier and the eat all you can buffet is often missing items, which for the price is not good enough.
The quality of the cook food was very good.
