The roon is lovely and clean and spacious. Warm, friendly and helpful receptionist. There was plenty of parking available.

I like that the rooms are very spacious and clean. They have great atmospheres and the general location is quite secure, in my opinion.

The hotel was fine, although even with a fan on, the window open, and no duvet, it was hot and stuffy in our room. The main reason for the bad review was our experience with breakfast!!!!! We booked our table for 5 people for 9:45, when we got there we had to wait while they cleaned a table for us. There were no pastries, no juices, no bread, no plates or bowls. After 20 minutes they came to take our order. Our breakfast was served after us asking twice how long it would be, at 11:05, 1 hour and 20 minutes after we got there. At no point did anyone speak to us and apologise for the delay. The mushrooms were dry and shriveled, the bacon was dry, hash browns tasted awful, poached eggs were hard, baked beans were congealed, the sausage was the only edible thing on the plate. Apparently there was one person in the kitchen and 2 waiting staff. As you have to book a time and table for breakfast, surely they then know how many covers they are doing, sorry but this is absolutely disgusting. We have been staying at this hotel and enjoying breakfast for a number of years, from now on we will go over the road to McDonald's for breakfast.
