Peterborough (Hampton) hotel

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The last time was around three years ago. It is located in a convenient to get to location as most Premier Inn hotels tend to be and offers all the usual Premier inn facilities. The rooms are comfortable and of the usual standard. Now that Premier inn provide their own in house food and drink it's down to the same shared staff to provide the service for both that and the hotel rooms. It's table service in the restaurant and I was served on the first evening by a very friendly and helpful lady called Donna. The food and drink was good although there is not quite as much choice these days but that is standard across all locations. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, atmosphere, value for money. Michelle was exceptionally helpful, professional, friendly and efficient. We had breakfast and she was very diligent with my dietary requirements and although it was a busy time, and she was running it solo for a while, the food was delicious, plentiful and varied. Will definitely visit again. The fittings could do with an update at some point but this I. No way detracted from a very enjoyable stay.

My server Donna absolutely impeccable service ‘ can fault her ‘ a must visit ‘ definitely goes the extra mile absolutely lovely lady

Michelle and the team within the restaurant are absolutely fantastic. They are more than helpful and especially made the kids feel at home, with a little Halloween treat they are over the moon. They were extremely accommodating with my partner and her food intolerance. The breakfast was also delicious, I can't recommend the hotel and staff that make it what it is!

Had to move rooms as noisy neighbours- but had no problem doing it. Lovely team and great especially Kathie at breakfast time 👏
