"One of the worst hotel stays we've had"
This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The bed sheets were dirty, and when we asked for clean ones, we were simply handed a pile of sheets and expected to change the bed ourselves.
It was also during the heat wave, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. I have a health condition, so we requested a fan, but none were available.
On top of that, there was no fridge, no drinking water in the room, and no phone to contact reception, all of which we consider very basic amenities for a standard hotel. Overall, we were really disappointed because the room lacked basic comfort and the service did very little to address the issues we faced.

"Stay at premier inn"
Trying to do every thing cheap this auto check in was terrible the guy on reception took ages to do it why does it need to be auto when there is a receptionist, charging for car park you pay enough for rooms car park machine took three times,then got to ask for rooms to be cleaned or want a change towels

"Too hot to sleep"
Rooms are unbearably hot. The provided (noisy) fan is just moving warm air around as there's no fresh air able to get in- windows don't open. Impossible to sleep.
There's x2 reception desks, no staff at one of them, the other very slow at checking-in despite it being 8pm. No-one could get the self-service check in machines to work = lots of tired, impatient guests queueing in a hot lobby. Breakfast understaffed- I arrived, was asked to wait at the other entrance, got bored of waiting so seated myself and carried on. Of the two front of house staff, one then went on break at 8am.

"Terrible nights sleep"
Great location for getting in and out of Oxford sites especially on 500 bus-stop just outside hotel.However I hope they get their cold water plumbing noise sorted soon.Worst nights sleep ever!Everytime anyone used water the noisey pipe work kept me awake and then re-started as people were showering etc in morning ,so from about 6 am.Didnt really stop till about 1 am either and then periodically through night,presumably when people flushed toilets!I have been promise a £63 refund,which is only just over half the original cost.I did challenge the amount and the customer relations guy said that I had got some sleep!Perhaps it is 'refund by the hour'!!

"Check where your room is"
Awful nights sleep, we had a room that backed straight onto the oxford ring road. Constant traffic all night and an annoying loose manhole cover that whenever anyone drove over made a large blanking noise. We checked out before 7am as we couldn't stand it anymore.
