"Our special occasion was recognised and we were made to feel very special by Pat and Sue"
Lovely stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Happy with our room which was lovely and clean. Had a good night's sleep and was made very welcomed by Pat and Sue
    "Great as always!"
As a regular visitor to this hotel/coffee shop for work, the service is always excellent. However, I have noticed on my recent visits that the number of available staff is noticeably sparse. My visit today was as enjoyable as usual, however Costa was busy and although Joe did a great job keeping on top of things, it seemed quite unfair for her to be doing everything! I always enjoy my visits but an additional member of staff would surely help with wait times?
    "Very Good"
Very Good stay. Had a quick check in from friendly Manager on shift. Good location and was a good breakfast in the morning will stay again
    "Fair"
Pricey stay. Room was spacious but not the cleanest premier inn have stayed in. Very convenient location for city centre facilities though. Despite double and secondary glazing had poor sleep due to noise outside - people and music until well after 3am! Take earplugs!
    "Spoiled by extortionate parking charges"
Hotel was very good, but parking managed by YourParkingSpace was extortionate, £25 overnight, after “discount” of £2. There must be cheaper or free on street parking within reasonable walking distance.
