"Lovely stay at Premier Inn, Northwich (Sandiway) hotel"
Although the room was dated, it was very clean, large and had a very comfortable bed. There were the usual bath and shower facilities, again, very clean. There was a hair dryer in the room and tea/ coffee facilities. There was even a full size packet of ‘Malted Milk’ biscuits supplied on arrival, which I thought was a nice touch. If you wanted to iron there are irons and boards at reception to borrow. There was no fridge or safe in the room, but that wasn’t an issue. The car park was a good size and right next door to the hotel and easily accessible.
The food establishment for meals and cooked or continental breakfast was right next door. I had a lovely evening meal and cooked breakfasts that were great. Decor was very nice throughout and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Carl on reception of the hotel was a credit to the Premier brand. He was so helpful with last minute requests for breakfast. He also took it upon himself to phone round to get me a cheaper taxi when he felt my quote was too high. He was always happy to help me with all my questions and give advice on the area.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again if visiting Chester or surrounding area.

"AVOID THIS RUN DOWN HOTEL"
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS RUN DOWN HOTEL. This hotel is extremely run down with no A/C. We stayed during the hot weather and the room was over 30 degrees. They provided the smallest cheapest desk fun you can buy. Hence to say we got very little sleep. The staff at the hotel kept apologising. I rang customer service and their response was well we gave you a fan.

"Avoid this premier in if you need a good sleep"
Overall rundown and in need of refurbishment.
Extremely creaky floorboards meaning anytime anybody above moved it woke you up and this was all night in our case.
Kettle leaked and nearly destroyed my laptop. Kids bed had a glass mirror as a headboard. Black mold in the bathroom and warped woodwork.
Shower curtain brackets had very sharp metal coating flacking off.
