    "Serious violation of security and privacy by staff with no explanation or apology"
    To anyone who is looking at booking a stay at the Premier Inn, York Road, Waterloo, I would seriously advise against it. Our stay was ruined by a member of staff who entered our room at 11pm at night without knocking, while we were sleeping. He said nothing and left immediately. This was a disgusting violation of our security and privacy and made us feel very unsafe. We approached him shortly after on the night in question and his reason was that he was checking if we were there. This is not on! Despite laying a formal complaint followed by many contact attempts by us and our travel agent, including calling from NZ, we have not had any sort of reasonable response from the Premier Inn team, except to hide behind 'security questions' and advise that they cannot proceed. Once we involved our travel agent, they refused to deal with us but told our travel agent they were working with us. We feel like we have been treated very badly both at the hotel and by the client experience team and now are being lied to. Basically, stay somewhere else folks.

    Easy check-in. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. The third floor has some lovely original features and old photos of the hospital it was in the past. Extra comfy bed and very clean. Breakfast was superb. The restaurant staff were very professional. Fantastic location. I definitely recommend this hotel. All staff were exceptional. We loved it there.

    So thankful to @premierinn Waterloo London for giving us such a memorable experience. The rooms were comfy, the atmosphere was warm, and the whole stay felt amazing. The location is more than perfect! A special thank you to Raluca – your birthday surprise for our daughter was the sweetest gesture and made her day so special.

    Great hotel in Central London. The room was clean, the food delicious and the service excellent. Sazzad in the restaurant and Juanito on reception were particularly kind.

    A very good hotel, very clean and good service. I travel a lot for business and I am allergic to dust but this hotel was a pleasant experience and I felt like home. I recommend it!
