"A really good place to stay."
Stayed whilst in London for Abba Voyage. It was all good with the exception of the automated check in which we did not like. Apart from that staff were really caring, considerate and friendly. Food was good with excellent service . Everything is very clean. The hotel has atmosphere. Please do change the check in to one were guests are greeted by a person - not machine.
"Need more staff"
Need a telephone in the room or a contact number you can phone on your mobileso you can contact reception if there is a problem rather than going down nine floors to report it and tripping on an uneven floor in the lift as it didn’t level with the corridor floor
"Brilliant stay"
After an awful stay at the Travel Lodge further down the road. We thought we would stay here. Really can’t fault this hotel. Bit of a mixed up with our room, but it was dealt with straight away. Rooms were nice and clean , plenty of clean towels tea coffee etc. Breakfast was very good lovely cooked breakfast. Guy called Bryan was really helpful and Friendly. Will be definitely staying here again on our next trip to London.

Excellent hotel in every way! Lovely modern, spotless & comfortable room, delicious food (we had both evening meal (2-courser) & full breakfast) but amazing staff! Super friendly, welcoming & most helpful. Met no staff member any other way! Special thanks though MUST go to Brian (manager) & lovely Sun! They both went the extra mile with both of us but with other guests too! A good manager like Brian brings the best out of his staff, without a doubt! My only wish was to stay longer here but I definitely aim to return….!!
"Recommended hotel"
We stayed at the hotel for an extended stay in August and highly recommend it. It has good connections to the Underground/DLR/Overground and national rail services. It is also located near the Stratford Westfield Shopping Center. The shopping center’s Car Park A is also easily accessible (24 hours £25.00). The rooms and the restaurant were renovated in the last years. We stayed at the hotel in 2023 and 2024. Brian recognized us at reception and gave us a friendly welcome. We would like to thank Sun and Yasodara, who warmly welcomed us every morning at breakfast and informed us about events and important local happenings. We will definitely visit the hotel again.
