"Expensive basic hotel."
Convenient location for the Stratford area, but nothing really stands out at this overpriced hotel. There are much nicer Premier Inn hotels in London.
"Not very welcoming"
The hotel was not well signposted from Stratford station, it would have been useful to have signs. We arrived late after a flight, no staff to welcome or check us in, it all had to be done on a machine. The lobby area was noisy and busy and not very welcoming. The room itself was fine, good size and had tea and coffee facilities and a TV. The shower was very poor though, the water pressure was bad and the water was very cold - not a nice experience at all.
"Perfect stay"
Great stay in an ideal location, easy to access train and links to centre of London. Hotel was clean, friendly, helpful staff, with super food at breakfast and evening meals. Have no issues in recommending a stay here.
"Great for Abba"
Have to say....Best bar we've been in , at a Premier Inn for years.. Well priced drinks , bar open to 0300 am , and serves pizza
"Very accommodating"
As I arrived early for a family bereavement, Monica went above and beyond to arrange an available room for me to check in early. She made my stay at the hotel very easy under the difficult circumstances. Monica could not do enough for me and I felt I was in very good hands. I am a regular guest at the hotel and have always found the staff very helpful.
