"Couldn’t fault our stay"
Maybe best premier Inn we’ve stayed at, couldn’t fault it. Great location for underground trains and Tower bridge. 2 min walk to Thames river Faultless service at food times
"Fantastic location"
Excellent hotel. Room very clean. Premier plus room worth the extra cost. All staff very helpful and friendly . We ate our evening meal in the restaurant both nights we stayed and the food was really good and excellent value for money. Fab service from Shamin and Harish both so friendly and helpful. Hotel in a lovely quiet location a few minutes away from Monument tube station. The Tower of London a few minutes walk away. Great walk over Tower Bridge along the river bank and over London Bridge to get back to the hotel. We will definitely stay again when visiting London.
"Brilliant staff"
We came for my daughter’s 18th birthday and I cannot praise the staff enough. Normally in premier inns it can be a pretty ‘contactless’ experience, which is fine given that they are always clean and tidy and family friendly, however, on this occasion the staff here went above and beyond. After a long day sightseeing, we returned to our room which had been decorated with bannners and balloons as well as treats on my daughter’s bed! She was absolutely made up and it was such a lovely personal touch which we did not ever expect. Thankyou everyone at the hotel: you made a special stay even better ❤️
"Dissappointing Stay"
Having stayed in other Premier Inn hotels and even the one in Stansted just a week previous, we were very dissappointed with our stay. We had booked interconnecting rooms as we were a family of 6. We rang in advance a week previous to confirm the booking and all was fine. When we arrived after 3pm, only 1 room was ready, so we could only checkin for 1 room. We went to the room and found that the extra bed was not made up for the 3rd person for that room. We left our bags and headed out for a couple of hours, we returned to find the second room still not ready. Eventually got into the second room, doors were still locked between rooms, extra bed still to be made up. Spent so much time up and down trying to get everything sorted. Needed extra towels sa they only left towels for 4, spent hours waiting for them. Rooms were not as clean as we experienced previously, a lot of dust on shelving and carpets not clean. Pillows also not comfortable at all like we experienced in the past. There was also a smell of smoke in one of the rooms. Staff seemed to be confused all the time. Breakfast was ok.. but again not the same quality we experienced in the past, mushrooms cold, toaster not working properly. Would not stay in this Premier Inn again.
"The best option to visit London."
This is one of the best hotels in London. Prices are low and quality is very high. Rooms are silent, warm, modern and well-equiped. The restaurant is great, delicious meals at breakfast and dinners. The staff was kindly and patient. We are proud selecting this hotel.
