"Mixed experience – excellent breakfast but disappointing room"
We recently stayed at this hotel and were assigned an accessible room. For a man of 1.80m this was quite inconvenient, as the sink was installed at wheelchair height and therefore difficult to use. The in-room facilities also felt rather poor: no instant coffee, no bottle of water, and for two nights with two adults only one small and one large towel were provided. Considering the price we paid, we expected a bit more comfort. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and really made up for a lot. It was plentiful, of good quality, and the breakfast times were very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located close to Monument and Bank underground stations and bus line 15, which made it easy to explore the city. Overall, the stay had its highlights, but the room facilities were disappointing compared to the price.
"Family meet up"
Good location, stayed a few times here, but as really gone down hill, not enough staff, some staff struggled to understand what you were saying. Sometimes no staff presant, had to put labels and put own cases in luggage room.
"Big room amazing view"
Huge room, incredible view of the Walkie Talkie and Cheese grater buildings. Friendly, very capable staff. Very clean.

Solo trip in September Pros: excellent location Big rooms Polite staff Clean Near lots if tube station Variety of transport options Close to the river. Cons: maybe a tad expensive Would stay again
"Fab Hotel"
We had a premier plus room for 6 nights, with a great view of the fire of London monument and the sky garden. The hotel is in a great location for the tower of London and other attractions, with the tube only 5 mins walk. The hotel staff here were always polite and helpful.
