London Wimbledon South hotel

Clean, comfortable and quiet room, Premier Inn is usually our go to when staying in a hotel. Chose this site specifically because of the Free Parking. We were travelling with our 7 year old so the meal offers were useful for us. Quick access to the tube, we used Colliers wood as this was slightly closer than Wimbledon South. Hotel also had supermarket/shops/eateries close by. Only thing that was lacking was customer service, staff weren’t rude or unhelpful but it was missing something that we are used to experiencing at other sites

Amazing hotel and location. We have stayed here a good few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are amazing. The chef that does the breakfast in the morning is just lovely and does an amazing job. (Jenny I think her name is). She cooks the breakfast to perfection. We are due to visit again in the next few weeks and looking forward to seeing the staff and London again. Couldn't fault this hotel in any way

I would like to extend my gratitude to Judith, the kind lady who welcomed me during breakfast this morning; her warm greeting set a positive tone for the rest of my day.

We recently visited this hotel where we have stayed many times before as were so disappointed by the service we received. Upon arrival we were told that we couldn’t pre book breakfast and just to do it the next morning. When getting into our room it was very apparent that the aircon wasn’t working as it was blowing hot around. At 10 pm we went to reception to see if we could get the air con sorted or at least a fan. At midnight with 2 adults and 2 young children they turned up with a desk fan. So after a very hot and sweaty broken sleep we attended for the breakfast which was diabolical and how you could ever call it a buffet breakfast I will never understand. There was no pastries no fruit and the worst thing of all the coffee machine wasn’t working!!! The one thing we needed after such a bad nights sleep. My son is dairy and soya free and can only eat the blueberry muffins and sausages the muffins of which he couldn’t eat as when I asked them about it the looked at me as though I was talking another language! I have been to enough premier inn breakfast to understand that it’s the same menu across the board! We recommend premier inn to all our friends and family but I won’t be recommending this one!
