London Lewisham hotel

Fantastic stay! I had a lovely stay at the hotel and everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. A special mention has to go to Vittoria, who was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Her professionalism and attention to detail really made a difference and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Vittoria and the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

We had such a lovely stay here with my boyfriend! Everything was great from start to finish, and we really enjoyed our time. I especially want to mention Vittoria, who was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We accidentally spilled something in our room and were honestly worried, but Vittoria was incredibly kind and understanding. She didn’t get annoyed or make us feel bad about it at all, and she helped us sort everything out with such a lovely attitude. Breakfast and dinner was incredible and so delicious!! Would honestly visit again 🤩🤩

Dear Peter, We are safely back in Singapore after our stay at Premier Inn London Lewisham from 8 to 15 August 2026, where we were attending my eldest sister's funeral. We are very happy that we chose Premier Inn London Lewisham for our stay. We were especially grateful for the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by you. Your kindness and professionalism as Front Desk Manager made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of during a difficult and emotional time for our family. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wonderful variety of food. The croissants were particularly delicious! We will definitely choose Premier Inn London again on our next visit to London. Once again, thank you, Peter, for your excellent service and warm hospitality. 2 particular staff were rude and when one was called out on her behavior the reason was due to being the only member of staff, unsure as there were only 3 customers in the lobby at the time. This was my 4th time staying here so it was disappointing to experience. It’s in close proximity to the train station and a little shopping centre within walking distance. There’s also a lovely breakfast spot opposite called “Maggie’s”.

Generally ok, but very noisy air con, disturbing at night. Plus bar availability variable....on only one evening out of three were we able to order a drink, even though it was only 10 30 pm..... Overall quite clean, except for the bedhead which had greasy marks....
