    "First time here"
This was the first time I had stayed here , my first night has been amazing, the following people have made it less stressful and have been so friendly Ionut Nicoleta Rithan These guys have really been great , the chef is bloody amazing Cant wait for my 2nd night
    "Wonderful Stay"
I had a wonderful stay, the room was comfortable, great location, and all staff were so friendly and welcoming! Would highly recommend.
    "Overpriced and under-delivers!"
Positives? Friendly, helpful staff. Negatives?Noisy neighbour (thin walls), air-con not working (did provide a fan), strong smell (damp?) in corridor. Breakfast food was lukewarm on cold plates. Normally a fan of Premier Inn but this one was relatively expensive and below par. Give it a miss!
    "Excellent Experience"
Excellent hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Great breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. The hotel is just round the corner from Euston train station and is great access to the underground network. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and would highly recommend it.
"Dark dingy smelly dirty rooms terrible breakfast"
Truth is premier inn seem to have lost their way. This hotel is a run down 1980s prefab building reminds me of an old office block that's been converted into a hotel. I arrived after 11pm and had to wait outside on a badly lit side street for a considerable amount of time before someone let me in. As a male I didn't feel very safe so a single female traveler may want to avoid. Self check in issued room key. No info about breakfast times or staff to help. Lifts remind me of the orange lifts in the flim the grand Budapest hotel. On arrival to the floor the entire space just stank of mildew. Dates walls and carpet. My room the cooling panel is snapped of the wall so u have to use your nails to control the AC. The bathroom is dated 1980s. The bedding was not clean several hairs on inside the bedding and stains on the pillow case. I went down to talk to someone but no one was to be found being shattered I used the cleanish bathroom towel to lay on and a small hand towel over the pillow. I woke up for breakfast went down at 09:30 it's best described as chaos. Nothing was topped up every item I went to get I had to ask a member of staff. In the end I gave up had a slice of toast and a coffee. I checked out and went to pret. I accept that there are good reviews but the reality is unpaid nearly 150 for a place to sleep that's filthy and paid over the odds for a bit of bread and a coffee. AVOID.
