"Not a good start to our visit"
Was very disappointed when we arrived. We couldn't check in until 3pm. We was asked if we wanted to check in earlier we had to pay an extra £15. We agreed to pay this but then they said the room wasn't ready yet. So we went outside to wait for an hour. Then when we did go to check in the self check in boards weren't working. Someone came to the board and said ithe system is still loading. Even though it wouldn't let you do anything on the board until after 3pm. It kept saying 'Oops something has happened'. We gave up then had to go to join the back of the queue. It wouldn't even let me check in on line. This just put a damper on the start of our trip to London. It took over ½ hour to check in which meant we didn't have that long to get ready because we had to catch a tube at just after 4pm. Also when we got to the desk to check in the girl went to give us our card key but then took it back off us, saying she had given us the wrong room. Which I didn't understand as they initially said our room wasn't ready when we first arrived. On checking out day (the next day) there was a knock on our door at 11.00am asking if we was leaving so they could clean the room. Then there was another knock on the door at 11.30am. Check out is at 12.00 which means we'd not even been in the room 24 hours. You wouldn't let us check in when we arrived and then you want us to vacate early. I've stayed at other premier inns and never experienced this before. Also there was a long hair in the bathroom on the tiles near the shower gel and a few small hairs in the bath. I also thought the room was a bit dated.
"Zero stars, rude staff, run down hotel!"
We booked for 1 night, and prior to arriving, the hotel emailed to inform us that the air con wasn't working and there would be a fan in the room. However, when we entered the room it was ridiculously hot, so we put the fan on to no avail. The room had a window but it had no opening so the fan just blew hot air around. My son went to speak to front desk to request possibly another room with an opening window. No joy....he was told No! He then asked we could possibly be moved to another premier inn in London. The girl on reception was extremely unhelpful to the point of being rude. We requested a refund....was told that was definitely not possible. We asked for customer service and were handed a card..."You can try!" was her response. After being passes pillar to post on the phone and being told several times to speak to the front desk ( despite telling them the above story ", we gave up. We decided to check out and pay for another hotel. As we left we asked for a refund for the breakfast that we had paid in advance for, and we're rudely told " I already said we don't do refunds!" What an awful way to treat your paying guests! Have since found out that this hotel has had problems with their air con for many months, so my advice is DO NOT BOOK THE PREMIER INN EUSTON. DISGUSTING RUDE STAFF.
"Precious days with granddaughter, climbing the O2 taking in 2 shows and enjoying London"
Premier in at Euston is up to their usual high standard and is conveniently situated for tube and buses into the city and north London or even walking distance.
"Perfect stay and location with friendly helpful staff."
Had an enjoyable two night stay here which we couldn’t fault. Staff were friendly, especially Ada who couldn’t do enough for us. Also the manager at breakfast was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was great, all fresh with continuous fresh items being put out. Looking forward to our next stay here.
    "Great start from aircon issue"
Generally ok but as the air con was broken it made for an uncomfortable nights sleep Hotel was clean staff friendly and helpful Didn’t eat there so can’t comment but the bar area looked fine Just down the road from Euston station /square so access to everything needed If air con was working would stay again
