"Brilliant Stay and Amazing Staff!"
I stayed at the Premier Inn London City Aldgate in early June and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I visited London with my wife and children, and the hotel made our trip very enjoyable.
Check-in was quick and seamless. Ayesha, the customer service agent, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. She answered all of my questions and made us feel welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived.
Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after busy days exploring the city.
We stayed for three nights and experienced no issues at all. Everything ran smoothly throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated when travelling with young children. Having a hassle-free hotel experience made our family trip much more enjoyable.
I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

"Great location"
Great location, within a 5-10 min walk from Aldgate East tube and Aldgate, (we used both).
Nice area with a small tesco and sainsburys around the corner as well as a couple of italian restaurants and coffee shops.
Visited with family, and would stay here again for exploring London, we went to Wembley stadium which was an excellent commute from Aldgate station straight through in 25 min!

Location and room were great. The gentleman that checked us in really went above and beyond for us, it was a wonderful experiance to be met with, especially in such a heat!

"Reliable Premier Inn standard with a great location"
I stayed two nights at Premier Inn Aldgate and chose this location specifically as I was attending a concert nearby. The hotel is only a 3 minute walk from Aldgate East tube, which made travel to and from the venue easy, and it's also well placed for taxi pick up if you'd rather avoid the tube.
Staff were very helpful at check in, and the hotel was quiet and clean throughout, including the room. This was in line with the usual standard I expect from Premier Inn.
Food was on the pricier side, but the quality for one meal was better than most Premier Inns I've stayed at.
The surrounding area also has a good range of places to eat, local shops, and things to do nearby.
