Kettering hotel

Good rooms. Good bathrooms. Ground floor making it easier for limited mobility. Restaurant service was poor. Main delivered very soon after starter. (Burger)Taken away ang redelivered twice more. By the time I got to eat it it was hard and overcooked. Blamed it on lack of staff.

I stayed here and my experience was incredible! I was served by the lovely Louise at the front desk who made my experience that much more enjoyable :)

Lovely experience the room was very clean and sanitary and had a peaceful night sleep Louise welcomed us very nicely and helped us with checking in and also gave us directions to find some places within the local area. Already booked to stay here again when I’m down next :)

I have been staying at the hotel regularly for a few months and I have to say, the service is second to none. In particular, Inga in reception is so helpful and welcoming, with such a beautiful smile and always makes sure that I feel very welcome. Keep up the great work.

Booked a triple room for 1 adult, 2 children. Checked in to find the room was a double. Returned to front desk to tell them. No other rooms available. There WAS 1 room available, as it was my Father's room who hadn't come with us due to a medical emergency. However, I was asked to pay £102 for my father's room even though I had a) nowhere to sleep and b) his card would be charged automatically due to the booking style used when booking. There was only 1 set of towels in my original room and no hot water in my father's room. The hot water issue was bought uo a few hours earlier by another guest staying in the annex.
