Spoke to Suzi in reception. Warm welcome and friendly. Answered all of my questions and was very professional. Suzi spoke to my daughter about school and made her feel very welcome. She made sure I filled out all relevant information and double checked that I entered car registration! Nice , comfortable hotel.

Many thanks to Suzi for sorting out a problem of my making when I booked. She was very kind, professional and went the extra mile to resolve it for me. The accessible room is spacious with room for our mobility scooter and plenty of space to manoeuvre. We have unpacked with lots of shelves and hangers for clothes and accessories. Suzi also asked if we wished to book breakfasts and told us to call if we needed anything. A great start to our small break.

What an extremely pleasant stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time as we had finished early at a local attraction so just though we would see if our room was ready. Straight away meeting Suzi on the check in desk. She was super friendly and helpful. Luckily our room was ready so we checked I straight away. Suzi was lovely taking the time to talk with my 9 year old daughter about where she'd been and what we'd been doing on that day. We then proceeded to our room. As it very hot outside we were looking forward to a fully air conditioned room. Unfortunately the air con didn't seem to be working so we mentioned this to Suzi as we were off out to get some food. On returning to the hotel a male member of staff was now on the desk, unfortunately didn't get his name, but he informed us that the air con was indeed not working in our room, so they had already switched our room. We just had to move our things. Also he gave us a little bag and said Suzi had pit together a little children's goodie bag for our daughter. What a lovely touch. We had a perfects night sleep. The hotel was quiet, clean and smelling very fresh. If ever anyone is in this area I would recommend this premier inn. Suzi went above and beyond to help us, and also the other member of staff was also very friendly and welcoming too! We have stayed at many premier inns and the staff are usually very good but here they we have receieved 5 star service.

Family bereavement. On arrival the receptionist Suzi made us feel very welcome and offered us all the information we required for the local area as we had not visited Ipswich for some time. My wife and I were struck by the cleanliness within the reception area and once we arrived at our room. Whenever possible on our travel in this country we will use a Premier Inn and have never had any problems and again this is the case with this particular Premier Inn.
