"I will stay here!"
I have traveled the world over and this by far is the best staff. Night or day they all went overboard to make our stay excellent. The hotel was also keep immaculately clean.
"Break away from London!"
Just returned home from a lovely two day stay at this hotel. Checking in was pretty easy and straightforward, although reception is on the first floor. My room, a premier plus, was located on the fifth floor, and was well worth the extra money. It was huge! Very clean and comfortable, with two separate windows that actually opened - definitely needed in the height of summer. My only gripe was the breakfast, not very hot and no fried eggs on my second morning.

Great service from the staff. Particularly from Taylor who went out of her way to help us - right when we needed it. Really appreciated.

"Very nice stay"
The receptionist (Jack) was great! Very efficient check in and the room was lovely and clean. The car park was very helpful as there is not much parking elsewhere near by- but i think it £9 for 24hrs. The food during breakfast was very tasty so compliments to the chef! The only let down was the service we received from the lady waiting the breakfast service. Other than that it was great stat and will defo stay again when visiting friends and family.
