London Harrow hotel

Location ideal for travel to the West End. Rooms Clean and airy Good value Great train link to West End Breakfast tasty and staff very helpful especially Liviu in the restaurant.

Liviu & Subrat were fantastic couldn’t be more helpful been here many times but have never had or been given the service these guys gave us and my friends thanks to them we will definitely be returning.

Lovely stay at premier inn Harrow, yes the hotel could do with updating but a comfortable bed as you would expect from a premier in. Breakfast at the beefeater next door was excellent and really great service from Suprat and Liviu. Specially cooked for my wife and I, vegan sausage and bacon, nothing a problem, just very a very welcoming and warm service. A real credit to the Premier Inn!

We enjoyed the best cooked breakfast at this hotel. The restaurant staff helpfull and pleasant even when lots of people come in at the same time.

The Hotel itself was okay. The attached Beefeater Pub was a complete let down. The time between ordering food and and the food arriving was a disgrace. I had to order the food twice because the first person behind the bar simply didn't have a clue, took the full order with pen and paper then dissapeared without a trace, i then had to complete the order with another member of staff who actually entered it into the screen. 30 minutes later (it was not busy, maybe another 4 tables in) i enquired where the starters are as we had to leave at a certain time for the Wembley event. 45 minutes later I asked for a refund as we had to leave. The food then came after i asked for a refund. We were then rushing and were late for the game. Breakfast was disgusting, considering breakfast was advertised as open till 11am as there was a stadium event the choice and availability of items was a joke. No clean cups No milk No white bread No clean cutlery Overall an absolute farce.
