"Excellent stay"
Lovely stay staff so welcoming and attentive 👍rooms very nice , atmosphere very good , excellent value 👏👏overall well done George square 👏👏👏👏
"Poor Dining Experience"
Tried to order food at 7.30pm and informed that the kitchen was not taking any more orders until 8.30pm, the dining area was virtually empty. The renovation to the dining area facility is excellent but the kitchen staff require a major change, what is the point in having a selection of food for dining if you can’t deliver the product. Normally have breakfast at this Premier Inn but decided to go elsewhere this morning. The 2 stars were for the room which was spotless.
"Appauled"
Stayed here multiple times before and never had any issues however this time im not impressed in the slightest. We arrived before check in at 3pm so left our bags in the storage, came back and checked in after 11pm, fairly straight forward self check in so all good. However on entering my room it was absolutely freezing cold as windows had been left open. I next noticed that no toilet roll was in the holder and then to my horror and worst of all, human excrement all over toilet seat and under it. Complaint made immediately at the bar and within 5 minutes a man appeared and cleaned the toilet. For the money I have paid i am shocked and horrified at the level of cleanliness especially as rooms are meant to be cleaned properly before arrival. We are due to return on Sunday and again in November however I am seriously considering booking somewhere else.
"Toom OK Breakfast Not good :("
Room was OK, set heating but it just kept switching off. Breakfast was a real let down. Quality of bacon was really poor, almost not cooked, loads of white fat on it Sausages OK but mostly burnt, no herbs/seasoning at all Biggest problem was lack of vegetarian offerings, OK so eggs, beans or hash browns, no veggie sausages out or offered :( Hash browns very very greasy. orange juice was very bitter. Basically a waste of ÂŁ20
"Excellent experience"
Excellent experience, my first stay in a premier inn. Room was comfortable, superb view from 5th floor, bathroom with bath/shower, always a bonus to have a bath. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Much better value than a recent stay in a 4 star hotel which was a very poor experience. Will certainly book premier inn again.
