"2 Welcoming Nights"
My husband and I stayed in the Premier inn Gillingham business park.The Honorable Pilot, which we stayed in 18 years ago and yet again after all these years...
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The room was so nice and I had an accessible room. They went above and beyond. The staff were brilliant especially louise on reception, she was very professional, knowledgeable polite with impeccable manners and made us feel genuinely welcome.
It was clean, the bed was fresh with crisp white bedding, our stay was totally brilliant . Also Danny-lee was amazing too. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and will also be using this premier inn again

"Don’t stay here"
I have just returned from 2nights in the Premier Inn , Will Adam Way, Gillingham Kent. ME8 6BY booking reference APQ7317211.
Not only does this hotel not have air conditioning, it has secondary double glazing, widows that you can only “crack open” . The toilet was dirty as was the lift.
The lowest temperature I could get in the room at night was 32 degrees. The fan in the room makes little difference. I ask at reception if we could get another fan from an empty room I was told the hotel was full and there were no more fans. Looking at the carpark that was less than halve full I doubt the hotel was in fact fully booked.
I was out side in my car at 12.30am as it was much cooler outside. Had I been able to open the windows properly I could have reduce the heat in the room.
You have a guarantee that you’ll get a goods night sleep in your hotels, this was far from the case.

"Issues in adjacent restaurant"
Problems with food and service by the staff in the adjacent restaurant linked to the hotel. On the first night we was served/being looked after by Nikesh. We ordered a round of drinks which took 30 minutes to come to our table. The restaurant wasn't even busy. When the drinks did eventually arrive, Nikesh got them the wrong way round, which we pointed out to him. He very hastily moved them around. When it came to serving us our meals he became very sarcastic commenting whether the food was given to the correct person. He was very slap dash at his job and was just rude in general. Due to this, we declined eating in the restaurant on the second night.
As for the breakfast, we opted for the full breakfast which cost £11.99. However, paying £11.99 for luke warm food which then made me sick is expensive.

"Great stays"
Stay regularly for work and are always amazingly accommodating! Tatiana at reception is so helpful
