      "Lovely break"
      I would recommend staying at premier Inn Gillingham business park the staff are friendly, rooms are very good, you have some shops just up the road if you need anything
      "Good hotel for the price, let down by an extremely poor restaurant experience."
      The room at the hotel was very good for the price. Staff were friendly, very helpful. Unfortunately there is no air conditoning, so staying there in very hot weather it is hard to stay cool. You do get a fan to use, but no fridge. The restaurant was quite pricy for not very good quality food. The service was very poor. Asked for drinks oder to be bought over 3 times, and cancelled the dessert drinks, as we had finished eating and the further drinks still hadnt arrived. Felt we were in their way as they tried to clear up towards finishing their evening shift. When we did complain to the waiter, there was no apology, explanation about the poor service, or contact from the shift manager, just a blank stare. Would use the hotel again, but definately not the restaurant.
      "Family holiday"
      We are over from NZ and have used this hotel as our base between trips to Europe and visiting family in the area. The staff have been very welcoming, and have gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have had awesome service from Tatiana, Alfie x 2, Andy, Ivanka and house all of the house keeping staff. The kids have enjoyed chatting away to the team too. Our rooms have been very comfortable, clean and well serviced. 100% would rate this as a great place to stay!
      "Quiet, safe hotel."
      One of the best Premier Inns we’ve stayed at. Plenty of parking & very quiet. Reception was warm & welcoming. The room was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. We had breakfast & dinner & there were no complaints. Very good value for money. We’ll definitely stay here again when next visiting family.

      I stay overnight once per week and I visited hundreds Premier Inn. Second time here and I can say this is the best. Since I arrived, Tetiana (the receptionist) was super kind and professional, you always leave the reception with a big smile. Another big thanks to Ale, the blond woman at pub, I never got such a good service at the Premier Inn so far. So a big clap to Tetiana and Ale, they made my day

      Here's a novel place to stay: Premier Inn Hotel Gillingham Business Park puts you at the heart of Charles Dickens country. You're within easy reach of London, Folkestone and Dover too, not to mention the Kent County Showground. However great your expectations, we won't let you down. Seek out some old (or new) curiosity shops in Bluewater, or see what life was like back in hard times, at Chatham Dockyard. Enjoy a Dickensian weekend in Rochester, and when evening strikes its little knell, return to the hotel for tasty food at our Cookhouse and Pub restaurant next door and our new, modern rooms with extra-comfy kingsize beds.
