Great experience and great customer service.

Friendly staff, relaxing stay. Ross the manager helped us with all our queries ensuring we got the most out of our 2 days in Glasgow. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was very enjoyable, wide range of food on a simple menu. All made fresh with attentive service. Delicious meals. This premier inn is tucked away from the road with lots of free parking but convenient for easy access to shops/attractions/Glagow. Much more pleasant than staying right by the busier areas.

Good location, easy to find. Plenty of parking. Greeted with a friendly smile. Easy check in. Room was spacious for the 3 of us. Very clean. Good value for money.

Very Disappointing Stay I have stayed at Premier Inn hotels before and have generally found them to be good quality, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. The room was not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. There was a lot of dust in the room, the carpet was not properly cleaned, and the curtains were also covered in dust. I have photos showing the condition of the room. There was also a problem with the extractor fan in the bathroom/toilet, which was not working. I reported this issue twice to the staff and was told that it would be checked, but after that I received no response and the problem was not resolved during my stay. For a hotel brand like Premier Inn, I expected the room to be clean, properly maintained and any reported issues to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The biggest disappointment was not only the condition of the room, but also the lack of follow-up after I reported the problems. I have photos as evidence of the cleanliness issues. I hope Premier Inn takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleaning, maintenance and customer service, because this stay was far below the standard I expected.
