    "You'll sleep better in a tent next to a highway."
    The room was boiling warm on arrival. The fan was really disgusting with a lot of dust. No A/C and really noisy so no solution. You'll sleep better in a tent next to a highway.
    "Unclean, infested with bed bugs and overpriced food."
    Used this hotel for 1 night before catching an early ferry. Luckily we didn't take all of our luggage into the room because we discovered bed bugs in the morning when my partner had one crawling on his leg. It was disgusting and we left as soon as they were spotted. Complaint made to guest services and not heard back yet. Had to separate all of our clothes that had been in the room and spend time steaming them in case anything had laid eggs in the clothes - not something you want to be spending the first day of your holiday worrying about. Premier inn is supposed to pride itself on a great night's sleep but I was bitten. We ate in the restaurant and portion sizes were small for the cost and my daughter had the tikka masala and was asked if she wanted a spoon it was so runny and just a few peices of small chicken and mostly runny sauce. All in all it was awful.

    At check in, book the dinner table. Otherwise, you go to bed hungry or have to walk to the store independently to buy something.

    Officially the second worst nights sleep of my life only beaten by a night spent lying in 2 inches of water in a hammock in the Costa Rican jungle. Air con didn't work. Fan was thoroughly useless and barely blew air more than half a metre out. Asked for another fan but it never materialised. It was unbelievably hot but the weather outside wasn't. Literally ALL night had someone running up and down their room, thumping like an elephant. Only upped service score because of the restaurant which was fine. And location is only great if you're going to the port early the next day. Otherwise the entire area is a dump. Do not recommend.

    Great hotel, very friendly staff, they are very helpful. Made a point, even though the hotel was full, moving me to a room with a step in shower. Lovely view of the sea.
