"Jade is amazing"
Such a lovely experience all thanks to Jade, she was there for all our needs and served us with such a bright and welcoming smile and aura. It seemed they were understaffed however Jade made sure we were made a priority she truly is such a hard worker. What a credit to the team! We need more people like her in this world.
"No.parking"
No hotel parking was a nightmare. No telephone number in paperwork for front desk to ask where to unload, park and checking was stressful.
"Awful Check In ."
I have just after a four hour train journey and paying for my room in advance , I waited 20 minutes with my friend while a couple were upgrading their room. The young man didn’t know what to do and got a woman ,to help him ,who was his Mother ,I found out later . At no point did anyone say “Sorry to keep you waiting or have a seat til this is ready “. Totally uni pressed and no offer to help with luggage was offered , really not sure I will stay here again .
"A big shout out to the guy running the breakfast shift."
A big shout-out to the guy running the breakfast shift. A fantastic stay at the BIRMINGHAM Premier Inn; the staff were friendly. A big shout-out to the staff member running solo on the breakfast shift - he worked incredibly hard, greeting us with a pleasant smile and keeping everything clean, tidy, and running smoothly. I've ever seen someone work so hard.
"Poor stay at New Street"
Stay often and have definitely seen decline in quality of stay. Bar area was not staffed either of the times we tried to get a drink, lots of dirty glasses and plates left. Had issue with room next door playing loud music, shouting etc, there was a lot more than 4 in the room. We could not get hold of reception by phone, neither could the other family who tried, another guest went down at 11pm and a staff member came up, we heard a lengthy conversation and some of them left, but returned by the morning and were vaping openly in the corridor. Definitely felt that this was not a safe environment.
