"We wont be back"
Cot was not provided as requested, second cot was broken, this wasnt ideal after a full day of travelling with a baby. Only one towel provided for 2 adults and a baby, the bathroom was mouldy and paint peeling. Staff were uninviting

"Room tired and felt unclean."
The hotel was easy to find and check in straight forward. However the room (17) was so old and tired. The bathroom shower screen was pretty dirty at the base and would not move so was quite dangerous to get in and out the shower. The shower head had so much limescale in it, the water sprayed everywhere leading to more wear and tear in the door frame of the room. The toilet had brown stains in the bottom. The desk chair was worn and grubby. There were no plugs by the bed and we only had 1 pillow per person which were as flat as a pancake. Would never stay here again. I have stayed at premier inn several times and always been happy that the standard was always the same, but alas not here. Needs a much needed update.

Good except meals were limited to breakfast only in a very small and somewhat hectic room. Bathroom was very clean, bed was very comfy

The breakfast was very good, the food was presented nicely! The room cleanliness is lacking like every other Premier Inn we stay at. The robot hoover does not hoover the rooms well. The doors need a wipe. It’s run down with all the bath chipped. We will now not be using Premier Inn any longer as they just don’t clean them properly.

"Shocking - unclean, unhelpful and well below basic standards"
The worst premier inn experience I have had. There are too many things to list here, but in short: the room and bathroom hygiene - simply shocking. Room standards are poor for the price paid and even when compared to other premier inns. The staff are unapproachable and unwilling to help. The air con was broken - it was hot and no alternatives such as a fan was offered even after asking the receptionist. I had to request my room to be cleaned - the only thing that was done was the beds/bedding getting straightened. NO cleaning was carried out. Nothing the in bathroom was checked or replaced such as tissue paper, hand wash. The room was not vacuumed.
I travel a lot with my work and this is probably the worst hotel experience I have had. Premier inns are usually a safe bet, however, lesson learnt.
