I work for the UK based land drilling company, Geometric Drilling Ltd, supplying rigs and staff throughout the UK and Europe. Part of my role is dealing with crew accommodation and hotels.
We have been using Premier Inn for almost 2 years, and have actively been using the Business Account Service for circa 18 months. We opted for the business account as we were having large spends (£40,000 - £50,000) on accommodation being paid for on company Credit Cards which would be better served for purchases elsewhere. The Business Account served to centralise payments for us and give us ease and flexibility for booking. The account was easily set up, and clear instruction was given at all times.
The Business Account gives us easy access to online statements to manage the account, and a very easy online booking facility, which helps us to streamline our business whilst we grow. We can now make payments from our accounting team direct to Premier Inn and keep the credit cards for use elsewhere. All the hotels acknowledge use of the account and it can speed up the check in process when staff arrive for their stay.
I work in a fast moving, multi-million pound industry and find the Premier Inn, and Premier Inn Business Account ideal for us in the daily operational running, and progression of our business. I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Inn and the Premier Inn Business Account to other businesses.
